My stay at Atrium Hanoi Hotel was pleasant overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring the vibrant culture. However, some areas did show signs of aging and could use some updates.

The room was quite large and comfortable, featuring a massive bed which was great for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. Though, it did feel a bit outdated.

The staff provided really good service. They were always helpful and even arranged airport pickup on short notice. Huyen, in particular, was a standout for her assistance.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the Old Quarter. It was within walking distance to many sights, including the lake and good local eateries, yet my room was surprisingly quiet.

Staying at Atrium Hanoi Hotel was a great experience overall. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Old Quarter, just minutes from fantastic street food scenes like Ma Mai and the renowned Bia Hoi corner. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to switch rooms. However, I did encounter some minor issues, such as a lack of window in my first room and a few hiccups with housekeeping.

Rooms

My first room was small and lacked a window, which made it quite dark. But after discussing this with the staff, I was promptly moved to a room with a window, enhancing my overall comfort.

The staff was mostly friendly and willing to help. They accommodated my room change without extra charges, which was a huge plus. However, there were moments when they seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially during busy times.

I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a short walk from vibrant areas filled with food and shops. Plus, I appreciated that during weekends, the nearby streets were pedestrianized.

I was fortunate to have a friendly receptionist who assisted me in planning my activities. The hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets. but my room was smaller and less polished than I expected.

I had a good stay at the Atrium Hanoi Hotel, thanks to the friendly staff and a great location right in the heart of the Old Quarter. My room was comfortable, but I had a bit of trouble with the cleanliness. The breakfast was a mixed bag, with some items not quite hitting the mark. Overall, I'd say it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
My room was cozy, but it had some cleanliness issues with a bit of mold in the bathroom. It didn't really match the photos I saw online, and the window faced a wall. Still, it was a decent size and the air conditioner worked well.
Service
8.0
The staff was really friendly and helpful. I loved that they made us breakfast even when we arrived late at night. Hieu Do (Leo) went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and overall, the service was much better than at other places I've stayed.

Location-wise, it's perfect for exploring the Old Quarter. I could easily walk to a bunch of restaurants and shops, and it’s pretty quiet, which is a plus for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast had some yummy options like fresh fruits and eggs, but it could definitely be improved. Some of the items were not fresh, and the setup was a bit chaotic, which made it less enjoyable.

The hotel offered decent facilities like a 24/7 coffee and tea service, but I didn't use the other services much. I did appreciate the airport shuttle option, though.
